About me

My professional training is humanistic and integrative psychotherapy which I undertook at Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC).  I receive professional supervision on all aspects of my practice as well as formal peer supervision. I abide by the code of Practice and Ethics of the UKCP and BCPC. I undertake regular continuing professional development and engage with current research.

My background is in health care specialising in occupational rehabilitation. The integration of my medical background and psychotherapy practice has contributed to the way I work which combines pragmatism and a deep sense of empathy and non-judgmental listening.

I worked at Winchester University Counselling Service prior moving into private practice in 2012.
